How do you think Yemi will do in the draft? I heard he played pretty well against Sheldon Williams at the workouts at Golden State, and he has been impressing the teams he has worked out for (Denver, Toronto, LA Lakers/clippers and Sacramento). He is a good defender, he was player of the year in the sunbelt conference and defender of the year also in that conferece. I am suspecting that he might be a suprise in the draft.

Yemi put up solid #'s in a crappy league, but I agree that he could be a suprise in the draft. He put up 20 ppg and 11 boards, and has an NBA ready body, at 6'10" 260. Yemi looked like a top 10 center in all of the NCAA's this year. He showed good upside for the NBA. If I was drafting mid to lower in the 2nd round, then I would take a chance on him. nbadraft.com has him going undrafted. In Orlando, he averaged 9 ppg and 3 rebounds against better competition than he faced most of the year. A scout there also said that he looked like he had a veteran body. In a bad way. I believe the quote goes: "He's too young to move like that."
