sergio lull who is automatically eligible for this year's draft and is considered an early second round to undrafted guy has came out and said as of now he has no intentions of ever coming over to the NBA so that could hurt his chances of getting drafted.

If he has stated that he will never come to the NBA then this will affect his draft value as he was a likely top 40 pick on several mocks. But some team are likely to take his rights as things can change look at Scola, Naverro etc.
