The big chinese is scheduled to workout for the Lakers and the Raptors.

There is talk that he is underrated and has better athleticism people give him credit for.

He is a force in chinese basketball, a NT player and his physical atributes (7'0,270) are NBA standards.

Definitelly a prospect for the second round, but has yet to prove his game.

I saw him during the summer with the National Team and he looked horrible, terribly slow and unathletic. I saw him later in the CBA, and he certainly looked better, but still a very marginal prospect. I don't rule out that some team decides to take him very late in the draft, but that's a long shot. There are other not hyped big guys at least as good as him; for example, Loukas Mavrokefalidis.

Any word on this kid?
He was supposed to work out for the Lakers for a week, starting on the 27th of April. I read it on asiabasket.com
Probably working out for the Raptors as well.
