i think tomas could be a good role playing starter or 6th man in the nba. he has a good all around game, is fluid, has nice height (lacks weight and wingspan to give him prototypical size), good vertical jump, is quick, good shooter out to 3pt, good midrange game, good basketball IQ. he is not very athletic, needs to improve his ballhandling, needs to move better without the ball, and needs to get better defensively.

I am a little bit dissapointed with the devolopment from Tomas last season. He didn´t show a lot of good games with Madrid last year. But i think that his future will be in Europe, because he does a lot of things good he can pass, score and move the ball good, but he is not athletic enough for the NBA.

i think he will get drafted though this year he is automatically eligible and somebody will take him with an early to mid second round pick. whether they ever bring him over or not is another story. his athleticism will hurt him from ever being a real good nba player but i think with his versatility on offense he could be a nice offensive role player in the nba eventually.

I agree Tomas is too slow for the NBA to carry much load on offense, but he is very underrated defender, showing very good lateral quickness, smarts, tenacity and tactical education. On offense he can pass, and knock down perimeter jumper. Think he will become player like Bostjan Nachbar with better defensive ability and more consistency from lond distance. First swingmen off the bench, or occasional starter in his prime.
