HIGHLIGHTED GAMES

-MIAMI, OH AT CINCINNATI. Miami is 4-7, but has played some pretty good ball against top-notch teams. Cincinnati is not the best offensive team in the world, but their defense is strong and they’ve managed to put together an 8-3 record with wins against NC State and Xavier. These two teams have a long running rivalry, but Cincinnati has had the upper hand lately.

-BRADLEY AT NORTHERN IOWA (Missouri Valley). Bradley was supposed to be down this year, but they’ve looked pretty good out of conference and could end up doing some damage in league play. Northern Iowa had a very good run out of conference as well and is 9-2 overall. This is the conference opener for both teams, so it is a big game because how the standings end up will have a big effect on who does and doesn’t make the NCAA Tournament.

-COPPIN STATE AT CONNECTICUT. Connecticut is unbeaten, but untested. Their SOS is actually 311 right now. Coppin State isn’t going to improve that any.

-NORTHEASTERN AT LOUISVILLE. Louisville might finally have some momentum and confidence going for them. They just won a big game against Miami, FL and this would make three in a row if they pull this one off.

-GARDNER WEBB AT WISCONSIN. Mismatches just don’t get much bigger than this. Wisconsin should role.

-WRIGHT STATE AT LSU. This is the first of a three game round robin tournament that LSU should dominate.
